Welcome to my Mental Health blog

Hi and welcome to my blog. This blog is centred primarily around mental health issues; depression, anxiety, PTSD etc. and how to combat them. My aim here is to write and share posts that collate the research I do for myself in this area, to try and work on my issues, and to share this in an easy to digest way while remaining evidence-based. If you want to learn more about why I do this and a bit of my history check out the ‘About me’ page, otherwise I hope I can share some useful stuff, and people can walk away with a little more knowledge to help them help themselves more effectively.
